When the deposit is left by credit card, the amount is "blocked" and is not collected. At the moment the rental is finished and everything is checked as it was delivered, the amount is unblocked.

For boats without qualifications it is necessary to carry a valid identity document (passport, identification card, NIE). If the boat requires a license, you must also carry it physically (navigation license, PNB, PER...).

There is no refund of the reservation. Only in the case that we consider that the weather conditions are not suitable for sailing, we will look for a new date depending on availability.

Of course, you can bring food and beverages on board our ships. We recommend that you make sure that all containers are safe and resistant, avoiding glass and objects that may cause damage or injury. In addition, it is important to collect and properly dispose of waste to keep the environment clean.
